Instructions
  1. Line the plate with red lettuce leaves.
  2. Layer celery sticks in a semi-circle around the plate.
  3. Add Baby carrots and Asparagus Spears.
  4. Layer Red, then Yellow then Green Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes.
  5. Place a yellow squash for the head, cover with Cucumber slices.
  6. Add Celery Stalks for feet and a Red Pepper curl and Black Olives for the face.

To really curb your appetite serve with fresh Almond Butter and your favorite Low Fat Salad Dressing or Dip.
