  • red lettuce leaves
  • celery sticks
  • baby carrots
  • peppers red, yellow, green
  • yellow squash cover with
  • red pepper curl
  • cherry tomatoes
  • asparagus spears
  • black olives
  • cucumber slices


  • Line the plate with red lettuce leaves.
  • Layer celery sticks in a semi-circle around the plate.
  • Add Baby carrots and Asparagus Spears.
  • Layer Red, then Yellow then Green Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes.
  • Place a yellow squash for the head, cover with Cucumber slices.
  • Add Celery Stalks for feet and a Red Pepper curl and Black Olives for the face.


To really curb your appetite serve with fresh Almond Butter and your favorite Low Fat Salad Dressing or Dip.
