Lettuce Wraps

  • 4 slices bacon - cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium tomato - diced
  • 1 Tbs mayonnaise
  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • fresh cracked pepper


  • Remove 2 large leaves of lettuce. Shredd the 3rd leaf and set aside. Dice Tomato. Combine diced tomato with mayonnaise and fresh cracked pepper. Place lettuce wraps on a plate, top with shredded lettuce, tomato, bacon, and roll like a wrap.
