- 4 slices bacon - cooked and chopped
- 1 medium tomato - diced
- 1 Tbs mayonnaise
- 3 leaves iceberg lettuce
- fresh cracked pepper
- Remove 2 large leaves of lettuce. Shredd the 3rd leaf and set aside. Dice Tomato. Combine diced tomato with mayonnaise and fresh cracked pepper. Place lettuce wraps on a plate, top with shredded lettuce, tomato, bacon, and roll like a wrap.
