About Dr. Mauk

Throughout her teaching career, Dr. Mauk was constantly asked for referrals for home caregivers. In many of these cases, the person who needed the care didn’t qualify for home care as per their insurance policy. They needed an affordable solution to help get them the care they needed.  Dr. Mauk would email all of her nursing students and offer class credit in exchange for providing care. This cut the cost of using a traditional home care service, which often has a four-hour minimum and after a while, Dr. Mauk founded to meet that need. serves the member and caregiver needs nationwide and speeds up the process of finding a caregiver right away without having to contact Dr. Mauk directly.  You can set your own care terms and find someone who is willing to work with you and your loved ones by searching in your local area.  Whether you are looking for a nursing student to help you get to the grocery store once a week or need someone by your side all day, you can find qualified individuals by becoming a member of online.  By using, you take control of your home care by finding a local caregiver that works well with you and your family.
